About the Group
Supreme Projects Group is a privately held collective of specialist construction practices, each operating with autonomy in its discipline while sharing a common philosophy: that the built environment deserves to be treated with intelligence, restraint, and craft.
Who We Are
Supreme Projects Group was founded on a straightforward observation: that the construction industry routinely underdelivers, not because the work is technically difficult, but because accountability — real, personal, continuous accountability — is rarely built into the way projects are structured. The Group exists to prove that a different model is possible.
The Group comprises three specialist practices — Prestige Renovations, Prime Decorating, and Supreme Construction — each led by a director with direct operational responsibility for every project their practice accepts. There are no account managers between the client and the person doing the work. No handoffs after contract. No one who is new to the project by the time problems arise.
Each practice is deliberately sized to avoid the dilution of standards that accompanies unmanaged growth. We do not accept more work than we can execute at the standard we hold ourselves to. When our capacity is full, we say so — and we can often recommend a suitable alternative in the interim.
We are privately held and entirely self-funded. We do not carry external investors whose interests might conflict with doing the job properly. Every decision we make is governed by a single criterion: is this the right outcome for the project and the client? That freedom is something we guard carefully.
Our Position
"We do not accept projects we cannot execute with distinction. This is not a marketing position — it is a practical constraint that determines how we operate, what we agree to, and when we decline."
How We Operate
Every project accepted by the Group is led by a named director from the initial site visit through to handover and defects resolution. Accountability does not transfer. The person you meet at the beginning is answerable at the end — not a team, not a rotating site management structure, but a single individual with their professional reputation bound to the outcome of your project.
We will not commit to a price or a programme until we understand the project. We conduct our own surveys, engage the appropriate specialists, and examine the conditions that will affect delivery. Our proposals are based on what we know — not on what might be commercially convenient to quote. Where uncertainty remains, we identify it explicitly rather than pricing it into a contingency that the client funds without knowing.
What is agreed is what is installed. We do not substitute specified materials for cheaper alternatives without the client's explicit, informed consent. Where we propose an alternative — whether for reasons of lead time, performance, or cost — we present the full case: what is being substituted, why, and what the consequence is. The client decides. Not us.
When specialist trades are engaged, we select on quality and track record — not on price. We work with the same individuals and firms repeatedly, over years. They understand our standards. They know that their work will be inspected, that defects will be called out, and that the relationship depends on consistent performance. We do not outsource accountability along with the work.
Quality is not assessed at practical completion — it is assessed continuously. The director on each project conducts inspection of works in progress, not only at programmed milestones. Issues identified early, before finishes go over, cost a fraction of what they cost to resolve at the end. This is not a quality management process. It is an acknowledgement that the only way to produce work you are proud of is to pay attention to it throughout.
The measure of performance we consider most meaningful is the proportion of our work that originates from clients and design teams returning to us on subsequent projects. We do not track this statistic — we do not need to. When a client returns, and when they refer others without being asked, the signal is clear enough. It is the only form of commercial validation that cannot be manufactured.

What Clients Say
It felt less like engaging a contractor and more like working alongside a trusted collaborator. The quality of execution was outstanding at every stage.
The standard of finish was exceptional. What distinguished the team was their attention to the things most decorators overlook — the quality behind the surface, not only upon it.
Professional, methodical, and entirely trustworthy. They managed the work with a discretion and standard of care that gave us total confidence. We would not hesitate to engage them again.
