Supreme Projects is a privately held collective of three specialist construction practices. Each company operates with autonomy in its discipline, serves its own clients, and maintains its own team — bound together by a shared philosophy of craft, rigour, and accountability.
Practice One
Residential & Commercial Construction · Design & Build · New Developments
Prestige Renovations is our principal construction practice, delivering the full spectrum of building works for residential and commercial clients across London, the Home Counties, and the East Midlands. Established over eighteen years ago, the practice has developed a reputation for technical excellence and consistent delivery at the highest specification — from single-dwelling refurbishment to multi-unit residential development.
The practice operates as principal contractor on projects ranging from complex structural refurbishment in occupied properties to ground-up Design & Build schemes under JCT form. Where the scope warrants it, Prestige assembles and manages the complete design team — architect, structural and M&E engineers, interior designer — providing the client with a single, accountable point of delivery from planning through to handover.
Projects undertaken by Prestige are led personally by a named director from commission to completion. There is no handoff to a site manager after contract award. The director attends site weekly at minimum, chairs all coordination meetings, and remains directly available to the client throughout — an approach that is uncommon in the industry but which, in our experience, is the single greatest determinant of a successful outcome.

Decorative Arts & Applied Finishes · Interior · Exterior · Specialist Techniques
Prime Decorating is a specialist decorative practice working across London and the Home Counties for residential clients, interior designers, architects, and main contractors who require a standard of applied finish that the general trade cannot reliably provide. The practice does not accept projects where speed of delivery is the primary criterion — it works for clients who understand that the quality of a finish is determined as much by what happens before the paint is applied as by the paint itself.
The team brings expertise in the full range of decorative techniques, from conventional spray and brush application of premium paint systems through to specialist finishes including heritage limewash, Venetian polished plaster, tadelakt, marmorino, and decorative gilding. For period and listed properties, the practice maintains close relationships with conservation specialists and heritage paint manufacturers, ensuring that all finishes are appropriate to the building's age, construction, and character.
Prime Decorating works extensively alongside interior designers and architects as a trade partner, providing detailed specifications, sample panels, and material sourcing recommendations at the design stage — rather than arriving on site and executing a brief that has not accounted for surface conditions, moisture, or movement. This early-stage involvement consistently produces outcomes that satisfy the most exacting client expectations.

Supreme Construction is a comprehensive building services and property maintenance practice serving residential landlords, managing agents, commercial occupiers, and institutional property owners. The practice delivers both planned preventive maintenance programmes and reactive building services — providing clients with a single, technically competent contractor capable of managing the full scope of their mechanical, electrical, and fabric obligations.
The practice distinguishes itself from general maintenance contractors by the quality of its engineering resource. Supreme carries chartered-level mechanical and electrical expertise in-house, enabling accurate diagnosis of building performance issues, informed specification of remedial and improvement works, and the kind of proactive asset management that prevents costly reactive failures. Where a problem recurs, Supreme investigates the root cause — not merely the symptom.
For residential portfolios, Supreme offers a complete building services management service: PPM contract, compliance management including EICR, gas safety, and legionella risk assessment, reactive call-out cover, and tenant liaison.
